This Refund Policy applies to digital consulting, coaching, mentoring, and educational services provided by DBX GlobalShip Limited.

1. Digital Service Nature

Our services are digital and service-based. They may include online coaching, mentoring, course materials, online store setup support, marketing guidance, consulting, and ongoing client support.

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet started
  • No course materials or digital content have been accessed
  • No consulting, mentoring, calls, or support have been provided
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days after payment

3. Non-Refundable Services

Payments are generally non-refundable once service delivery has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Access to course materials
  • Start of mentoring or consulting
  • WhatsApp or message support
  • Strategy work
  • Store setup work
  • Product research
  • Marketing guidance
  • Any completed or partially completed service

4. No Refund for Lack of Results

We do not offer refunds based on business results, revenue, profit, advertising performance, platform restrictions, or the client’s failure to implement the guidance.

E-commerce results depend on many factors outside our control, including client effort, advertising budget, market conditions, product selection, supplier performance, and customer demand.

6. Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed individually. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of service access and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
